of waterfront offices and boat slips. 222 SEVERN was developed
from the Trumpy Boat Yard in the late '70s, when the various
buildings were converted into offices, a restaurant, retail,
workshops and warehousing for maritime business.
LOCATION ON THE WATERFRONT!
Ideally located on Spa Creek directly across
from Annapolis City Dock, the waterfront offices offer a spectacular
view of historic downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Fine
dining at the Chart House restaurant is right here on the property,
or a short walk will bring you to several other restaurants close
by, all on Severn Avenue. Alternatively, the water taxi will
take you across Spa Creek to historic downtown Annapolis with
its many points of interest, unique shops, restaurants and entertainment
- all within walking distance.
OFFICES
222 SEVERN is able to offer a wide range of offices from
small and professional in size to much larger configurations
suitable for a variety of maritime purposes. The property management
office is on-site, providing a quick response to all requests.
MARINA
The marina has slips for rent on an annual
or monthly basis and can handle boats up to 100 feet. We are
also able to provide dockage for transient boats on a space available
basis.
